Founding-user participation · Version 2026-07-15
Build the useful version with us.
The founding beta is a free, invite-only program for businesses that will actively test AML Sorted and give practical feedback. This agreement sits alongside the beta terms and privacy policy.
What participants agree to do
- complete founder-led setup and the first-matter walkthrough
- use only the sector workflows activated for their workspace
- review all compliance decisions rather than relying on automation
- report defects, confusing steps and suspected security issues promptly
- join reasonable check-ins and provide candid product feedback
What AML Sorted agrees to do
- keep tenant and restricted-record controls enabled
- respond to material security and data-integrity issues promptly
- communicate material workflow or compliance-content changes
- avoid using customer documents for advertising or model training
- provide a practical export path if a workspace leaves the beta
Feedback and founding offer
Participants may provide suggestions and permit AML Sorted to use them to improve the service without transferring ownership of the participant's customer data. Any future free-period or founding-plan offer will be confirmed separately in writing and does not require a payment card during beta.
Leaving the beta
Either party can end participation. Export, legal retention, legal holds and controlled closure continue to apply. AML Sorted may pause access immediately where necessary to protect data or contain an incident.
Effective for the free invite-only founding beta from 15 July 2026. Independent legal review remains recommended before a paid public launch or material change to participant rights.
AML Sorted supports your AML/CTF workflows and records. It is not legal or compliance advice, is not affiliated with or endorsed by AUSTRAC and does not replace your AML/CTF program, compliance officer or professional judgement.
