Founding-user beta terms · Version 2026-07-15
Clear responsibilities.
These terms apply to the invite-only AML Sorted beta operated by Advery Pty Ltd. By creating or using a workspace, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the participating business or practice and accept these terms and the privacy policy.
What AML Sorted provides
AML Sorted provides workflow, evidence and record-keeping software. It can present policy-based indicators and identify missing records, but it does not make final legal, customer-risk, match, suspicious matter or reporting decisions. Users remain responsible for their AML/CTF program, human approvals, deadlines and AUSTRAC lodgements.
Invite-only beta
Access is limited to approved founding users. No payment is required during the beta. Features, limits and beta availability may change as we learn from users, but changes must not intentionally weaken tenant isolation, evidence integrity, restricted-record controls or legal retention. No production service-level commitment applies during the free beta.
Your responsibilities
- provide accurate business and user information
- collect, upload and disclose only information you are authorised to handle for a legitimate purpose
- configure roles carefully, protect accounts and use multi-factor authentication when required
- review generated records, recommendations and exports before relying on them
- promptly report suspected unauthorised access, errors or data incidents
Customer information
The participating business controls which customer records are collected and remains responsible for the collection notice, legal basis, accuracy and use of those records. AML Sorted processes and stores the records to provide the service. You must not upload unnecessary information, payment-card security codes, account passwords, unlawful material or malware.
Retention and account closure
Closing a workspace does not require AML Sorted to delete records that must be retained by law, are subject to a legal hold or are needed to preserve audit and security evidence. We will use controlled export, retention and disposal processes rather than silently deleting regulated records.
Suspension and acceptable use
Access may be restricted to contain a security incident, protect another customer, respond to unlawful use or prevent material harm. We will preserve relevant evidence and notify the workspace owner when it is safe and lawful to do so.
Beta risk and Australian consumer law
Beta software may contain defects and should be operated with human review and appropriate business continuity arrangements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian consumer law. Final liability, indemnity and governing-law language requires independent legal confirmation before paid public launch.
Support and changes
Contact support@aml-sorted.app for support, privacy or security concerns. Material changes will be versioned and communicated before they take effect where reasonably practicable. The separate beta participation agreement explains feedback and founding-user expectations.
Effective for the free invite-only founding beta from 15 July 2026. Obtain independent Australian legal review before a paid public launch or material commercial expansion.
AML Sorted supports your AML/CTF workflows and records. It is not legal or compliance advice, is not affiliated with or endorsed by AUSTRAC and does not replace your AML/CTF program, compliance officer or professional judgement.
